Structure and Purpose
The tubular furnace uses high-purity quartz or alumina as the working furnace tube, and its temperature zones can be configured as single-zone, dual-zone, triple-zone, or even quintuple-zone systems. Additionally, it can be equipped with rotating and tilting mechanisms.
Temperature options include 1200°C, 1400°C, 1700°C, and 1800°C, making it suitable for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises for experimental purposes as well as small-batch production. The equipment supports multi-stage processes such as pre-firing, sintering, coating, high-temperature pyrolysis, and low-temperature deposition.
